Eating fruits and vegetables will surely help boost your immune system. Try to cut back on eating greasy fried fast food. The more vegetarian meals and meals with lean protein the better, you want foods in your body that will fight off infections not give you high blood pressure or high cholesterol.
Getting Some Rest
A lot of people do not realize that their body is breaking down because they are not getting enough sleep. Your body needs sleep to help fight off infections, if you are exhausted then your body has a harder time trying to rebuild itself which ultimately affects your immune system.


Vitamin C Intake
I am sure we all know that when it comes to immunity vitamin c is our friend. Try drinking a big glass of orange juice at some point in the day or incorporate oranges into your breakfast meals. You can even take vitamin c tablets to ensure you are getting enough of it.

Drinking Green Tea
Put the coffee down and start choosing green tea. Green tea has vitamins and antioxidants that will do your body good. Green tea strengthens your immune system and fights off sickness. It also relaxes you which is great because we all know what stress does to the body.
Exercising Often
Regularly exercising keeps you healthy. It promotes a healthy heart and easy blood flow. When you exercise it helps your immune system perform at a higher level therefore you are not catching colds so easily.
