How To Make A Protein Bagel




What You'll Need...

1 Cup Flour

1 Cup  Greek Yogurt (Plain)

2 Tsp. Baking Powder

Toppings Of Your Choice

Salt

Oil or Butter


Directions...

- Add all of your ingredients together.

- Knead the dough with your hands.

- Add the flour to a surface, then add the dough.

- Once the dough is kneaded, divide it into two balls.

- Make the dough ball into the shape of a bagel.

- Add oil or butter to your baking pan.

- Then add the bagel.

- Add oil or butter onto the bagel.

- Add the toppings.

- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until your bagels are golden.

- Enjoy!
