Buffalo Cauliflower Salad
Since I changed my diet, I try hard to incorporate salad into my daily meals. It is common for me to have a salad for lunch; that is a sure way I know I have gotten in my greens for the day. If I've had a lot of heavy meals earlier in the day, I'll eat a salad to have a light meal.
It might be hard for someone new to eating healthy to eat a salad every day if they are making the same old salad. Finding new salad recipes is always great for me, so I don't get bored with eating my greens.
I came across a YouTube video where the content creator had made a similar recipe. I was intrigued by it, so I put my own spin on this Buffalo Cauliflower Salad.

Red Cabbage

What about salad dressing?
For this recipe, I only use apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and a few seasonings as salad dressing. However, adding vegan ranch to this salad isn't a bad idea either.
