How To Make A Carrot Salad To Flush Excess Estrogen
Balancing my hormones has been a journey. I am constantly searching for more and more information to better my hormone health. As soon as I think I have retained all the information that's out there, something else pops up. I had been scrolling through various social media sites, and I noticed carrot salad videos kept appearing. I did some research on it and found out that a carrot salad is amazing for flushing excess estrogen.
Although I had read some amazing reviews about carrot salads, I waited several months until I actually tried it because I did not believe it worked. I am not interested in partaking in every new trend that comes around. How could a few carrots help me get rid of excess estrogen, is all I kept thinking to myself.
One day, on a whim, I decided to make the carrot salad after obtaining a vegetable peeler. I made the carrot salad a few days before my cycle started, as it is recommended, and when my cycle began, I certainly noticed a difference. My PMS symptoms were alleviated. I could not believe carrots had worked so well for me, and now a carrot salad is a must when preparing myself for my cycle.
If you want to make a carrot salad to help flush excess estrogen, then keep reading. However, just so you know, I am not a medical professional; in this post, I am simply sharing what I do and what has worked for me. I have read a few articles written by medical professionals, and a lot of them state that there is no proof that consuming a carrot salad works in regard to balancing hormones, but if you are interested in improving your hormones, you should find out for yourself.
The items you need to obtain are very affordable and easy to acquire. You will need a vegetable peeler, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, two carrots, and whatever seasonings you desire. If I were you, I would opt for anti-inflammatory seasonings. In regard to the vegetable peeler, it does not have to be expensive. I found one at Dollar Tree for $1.25, and I found another at Target for $5.00.
