Egg Muffins For Breakfast Meal Prepping
Egg Muffins are my new go to for meal prepping breakfast. Egg Muffins are extremely affordable while being quick and easy to make. While there are many versions of egg muffins, I add vegetables to my egg muffins. In order to keep this recipe affordable, I do not go to the store and buy new vegetables to add in; I use what I have on hand to keep from wasting vegetables in the fridge that may be going bad.
