A Weekly Routine To Get You Into Yoga

MONDAY

Morning Yoga

Mondays are hard for everyone. Doing morning yoga is the perfect way to wake you up, relax you, and help you prepare for the day.

TUESDAY

Chair Yoga

While you are at your desk take five to seven minutes of your time and participate in chair yoga to help you refresh and reenergize so you can be calm and collected and finish up your work.

WEDNESDAY

Full Body Yoga

Set aside time in your day to rid your body of all of your stress and do a full-body yoga routine. You can stretch as you please or you can watch an instructional video.

THURSDAY

Back Yoga

During the commercial breaks of your favorite show stretch your back out and I bet your mood and posture will improve. You will be surprised by how tense you were and you didn't even realize it.

FRIDAY

Bedtime Yoga

Doing yoga before bed will help you to get a good night of sleep. Bedtime yoga is perfect for those who want to unwind before bed but can not because they are so uptight from their stressful workday.

SATURDAY

Flexibility Yoga

Listen to your favorite album while trying to increase your flexibility. This can be self-care time that you're taking and also can be an accomplishment for you if you get so flexible you can do a split.

SUNDAY

Sun Salutation

Start your day with a sun salutation to improve your mood and direct your energy for a positive, stress-free day.
