Ways To Keep Your Ph Balance Good


 






For us women maintaining a normal ph balance is a must. So many things can affect our ph balance which causes us to be thrown off track sometimes. Some women do not know how to clean themselves properly which causes them to over clean and certain soap affects them negatively and throws their ph way off. Intercourse can change a woman’s ph balance. Inevitably we have a menstrual cycle every month and that can also be a reason for our ph balance not being the best. Even taking antibiotics prescribed for whatever issue you may be having can affect your ph balance. Over the years I have found a few ways to make sure my ph balance is good.


One thing that you should know if you do not already know is that a vagina is supposed to smell like a vagina. Women often make matters worse when they are using all of these products to make their lady parts smell scented. If you do not like the natural smell of your vagina then there is something going on. Immediately begin increasing your water intake and cleaning up your diet. Certainly, if you are eating fried fast food all day every day then that is what your scent will reflect.

The first thing you drink in the morning should be water. I think lemon water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning is essential for the bodies of men and women but it works wonders for a woman’s yoni.

If you are a coffee lover like me I know you want to reach for it to pick you up in the morning but you should go with Green Tea instead. Green Tea is packed with antioxidants and it will help you detoxify.

Throughout the day add apple cider vinegar to your water, I do not consume more than 2 tablespoons a day. Apple Cider Vinegar not only is beneficial for your ph balance when you consume it diluted in water, but it is also great to rinse your vulva, diluted of course. Add some to your bathwater.

Incorporate a fruit smoothie and salad into your daily eating habits. My lunch every day is a smoothie and salad. I change up the type of smoothies I make as well as the type of salads. In addition to that plain yogurt for breakfast will get the job done as well.
