How To Lessen Period Cramps.

I am no stranger to having tough menstrual cycles. Every month I am dreading the start of it because I never know what to expect. Although lately, I have learned how to manage my menstrual cycle, that doesn’t stop me from being moody, having cramps, and feeling overall yucky.

One thing I know is if I want to have an easy menstrual cycle everything I do in the weeks leading up to it matters.

Recently I had a very easy menstrual cycle. It was so easy I didn’t even notice it. I couldn’t believe how good I felt.

I started consuming less coffee after being informed that it is detrimental for me due to my estrogen dominance. In the morning, I usually drink water, sometimes I add lemon or apple cider vinegar but for the most part just plain. I wanted to keep myself hydrated that was my only goal. However this past month I drank green tea every morning as my beverage of choice after I woke up.

Later on in the day, I take fish oil supplements after I eat my lunch. I was kind of worried about having a hard time with my upcoming cycle because I was completely out of the following supplements; vitamin e, evening primrose, and magnesium. They all have been essential in my journey to dealing with my tough menstrual cycle.

This time around all I had was fish oil, green tea, and dandelion root tea. I had even stopped drinking lemon water daily. The night before my cycle started I did take pain medication to get ahead of the pain.

After doing some research I discovered my cycle was painless and went so well because I had decreased the inflammatory prostaglandins that cause pain.

Try it a few weeks before your cycle takes place all you need is green tea and fish oil.
