Water, Water, Water
Whenever you are dealing with a lack of moisture you always want to turn to water. Ask yourself are you consuming enough water? Find out how much water someone with your body weight should be consuming and then factor in the amount of physical activity you do. However, be mindful that ideally, you should be drinking at least four standard-size bottles of water daily. Inevitably the more hydrated you are the more your lady parts will benefit from it.

Diet
Increase your fish intake. Salmon is perfect because it is full of omega-3s which will help to increase lubrication. Increase your fruit and vegetable intake. Eat fruit that contains a lot of water to keep your body hydrated and replenished. Dark leafy greens will also be beneficial in helping increase lubrication.
Taking Supplements
Vitamin E, Fish Oil, and Evening Primrose are helpful when dealing with vaginal dryness. Evening Primrose is recommended for women who have vaginal dryness as a result of menopause. Fish Oil is great because of the omega-3s, as I mentioned earlier they are great for vaginal lubrication. Vitamin E is beneficial for soothing and lubricating the vaginal area.
If dietary changes do not help with your vaginal dryness speak to your doctor about it, sometimes there may be an underlying condition. Or it can be the birth control you are taking.
