Drink More Water
There is a huge chance that if you are having trouble in the restroom it might have something to do with your water intake. Make sure you are drinking the recommended amount of water each day for your body type. Water helps everything to keep on flowing and working as it should. Your constipation could be caused by dehydration.

Exercise Regularly
To help along the process of your irregular difficulties in the restroom, get to moving. You might not know this but exercising will surely get your body going and it will be easier for you in the restroom. Try working out for at least 30 minutes a day and see how much of a difference there is in your restroom routine. Certainly, you don't have to run a mile or anything you can simply just go for a walk.

Change Your Diet
Of course, you know what you eat affects your exit process. So if you are having trouble in the restroom start eating as clean as you possibly can. Incorporate more fiber into your diet and surely as mentioned earlier drink more water. Try an apple a day...it works!

Vitamins & Herbal Teas
Each day make sure you are getting your proper vitamins. When your body is healthy and well-nourished it is easier to become regular in the restroom. Drink a cup or two of herbal tea and that should help you along.
