Vegan Ramen



When it gets cold, I can not stop making this vegan Ramen. Vegan Ramen is my favorite budget-friendly go to vegan meal. Oftentimes, new vegans and aspiring vegans think vegan meals have to be complicated, but that's not true. Some of my favorite vegan meals are simple and quick. 


What You'll Need... 

Kale 

Carrots 

Mushrooms 

Cabbage

Oil Of Your Choice

Water 

Ramen Noodles

Seasonings For Ramen


Directions...


- Begin by boiling your ramen in a pot.

- In a skillet, add your oil and begin to sauté your vegetables. 

- It is your choice if you choose to season your vegetables.  I just add my vegetables to the broth.

- Season your ramen once it's done cooking.

- Then add in your vegetables.

- Enjoy!
